We accept payment through PayPal and credit card via Stripe. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. With PayPal, you don’t have to use a credit card. You can transfer money directly from your bank account. PayPal is also traceable. If you use a credit card, sellers don’t see your card number. MoshFox is not responsible for packages once they leave the US. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Cancelling Orders

  • Standard orders may be canceled any time before the item has shipped.
  • Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
  • Although it is rare that we would need to cancel an order, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds when necessary.
  • If PayPal is unable to process your payment, your order may be automatically canceled. You are welcome to order again when the payment issue has been resolved.

 

Processing Times

Products designed by MoshFox are printed and shipped out in the USA. It takes approximately 2-7 business days for processing orders. Shipping times are in addition to processing and production times.

Sometimes weather or high sales volume can cause unexpected delays. In the event that your order is delayed past your ship-by date you will receive an e-mail with an updated status and a new ship-by date.

  • For orders containing multiple items, processing time is determined by the item with the longest processing time.
  • To receive your orders faster you can check out with each item separately.
  • Large orders may require a longer processing time.
  • If you have a SPECIFIC DEADLINE to receive your order (a birthday, wedding or anniversary date, etc), please let us know and we will let you know if we can make the item in time.
