If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. All items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us right away. For significantly damaged items we can issue a refund or replacement right away if you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including a photograph documenting the damage. If the damage is less apparent or you are unable to send a photograph, you will need to send the item back before we can issue a refund or replacement.
Wrong Item or Wrong Size
If you received something other than what you ordered, please contact us right away. Please make arrangements with us first so that we can issue you a refund for your shipping costs.
We offer exchanges of items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping the new item.
