RETURNS

If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at shop@moshfox.com and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. All items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

 

RETURN POLICY – PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

Limited Edition, Pre-sale and Clearance items may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where the Buyer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered will be handled at the Buyer’s expense by placing a new order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us right away. For significantly damaged items we can issue a refund or replacement right away if you send us an email at shop@moshfox.com  including a photograph documenting the damage. If the damage is less apparent or you are unable to send a photograph, you will need to send the item back before we can issue a refund or replacement.

 

Wrong Item or Wrong Size

If you received something other than what you ordered, please contact us right away. Please make arrangements with us first so that we can issue you a refund for your shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges of items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping the new item. Send us an email at shop@moshfox.com and mail your item to the return address that is on the package you received.
